Mirko Filipovic had his first fight after a show in UFC competition, against the relatively unknown Tatsuya Mizuno. It was all over in less than a minute, where Mirko violent attacks destroyed Tatsuya. In an interview with Japanese magazine Kakutougitsushin jordan 1 Mirko praised the Japanese fans and totally different atmosphere than the one in the UFC. "The atmosphere was friendly, unlike the U.S. in the UFC," said Mirko.
