I would really have done an "insta-week" post long ago, but as I wrote in the last post, then you can not achieve anything. Instead, here's a few snapshots of things in my life that has brought happiness at the end. And a little news - more on that further down in the post.
Good news, I read this book to make me a little ready. In fact, Simon Krohn's book remained a long time waiting, because I bought it in the spring. And holdnuop where I am glad that I finally got taken me time to read it. It's salomon not just a book about the ideas behind yoga, it is a book that can make a much wiser about themselves.
The good news is that the I in the morning (! - I'm pretty excited) starts at a yoga teacher training in the fitness world. I've gone to yoga for the last two years. At first it was just an hour a week, but it evolved, and today I come off 3:00 to 4:00 or five times a week - plus a little on yoga mat at home. I have never found a sport so interesting as long as before, but maybe it's because that yoga is not just a sport? It is so much more than that, and I am very pleased to learn more about the next two months.
I had long been waiting for an opportunity Hamsa Yoga's 200 hour yoga teacher training because I thought Fitness Worlds was probably not crazy enough. But on a SU will be the price for førstnævtne education salomon unfortunately somewhat high. At the same time I know eventually she who must stand for Fitness Worlds yoga teacher training reasonably well, because I am involved in many of her lessons and so I know she's good. I am completely mad. Both to learn how to learn from, but also to get deeper into my own yoga practice.

Last Thursday I came so far up, but was at the same time so anxious that I tumbled salomon all the way around and was about to topple her, standing in front of me. It looked salomon guaranteed fun. Lessons from the fallen yogi must be that if you do not always succeeded with what you want, you should still rely on themselves. And go on. One day it probably will work if you do the best you can. If not, you can look in the mirror and say that you made an effort.
Made orange salad and pancakes (I had frozen some rice pudding in December) to my sweet brothers. Orange salad is also just appelsinfileter with a little chopped chocolate on top. But orange dinner you will double celebration when serving the bit nicely.

And now I'm very interested in how your experience with Fitness salomon Worlds yoga training. I've been pretty hard to ferret out very many details about it, so it would be cool to hear if you could give me some? :)
