I mentioned that El Perro del Mar would have a new album out soon, with the first single, How Did We Forget, to be released on mp3 and 7” 13. februar. I have heard it (as you can, via the Licking Fingers stream) and this I can say: most songs sound better on vinyl. Some songs sound near-stellar. And a few songs -- How Did We Forget is one of them -- are just made for vinyl. Oh my god. I can’t wait.

My Spanish isn’t quite what it used to be, so -- instead, I’m told the title means something like ‘You were never at that height.’ Anyway, it sounds good. Most of the music I'll talk about here is Scandinavian; however, there will be the occasional exception. I do not own any of the music offered on this site. All downloads are legal. I like to think decadently. In my mind, the world is an ashtray, a repository for the sad addictions that rule our lives without our really knowing quintana roo -- for the things we toss away so freely, only to realize, later, how much we love them, and how much we miss their love. I would really have done an "insta-week" post long ago, but as I wrote in the last post, then you can not achieve anything. Instead, here's a few snapshots of things in my life that has brought happiness at the end. And a little news - more on that further down in the post.
Good news, I read this book to make me a little ready. In fact, Simon Krohn's book remained a long time waiting, because I bought it in the spring. And holdnuop where I am glad that I finally got taken me time to read it. It's salomon not just a book about the ideas behind yoga, it is a book that can make a much wiser about themselves.
The good news is that the I in the morning (! - I'm pretty excited) starts at a yoga teacher training in the fitness world. I've gone to yoga for the last two years. At first it was just an hour a week, but it evolved, and today I come off 3:00 to 4:00 or five times a week - plus a little on yoga mat at home. I have never found a sport so interesting as long as before, but maybe it's because that yoga is not just a sport? It is so much more than that, and I am very pleased to learn more about the next two months.
I had long been waiting for an opportunity Hamsa Yoga's 200 hour yoga teacher training because I thought Fitness Worlds was probably not crazy enough. But on a SU will be the price for førstnævtne education salomon unfortunately somewhat high. At the same time I know eventually she who must stand for Fitness Worlds yoga teacher training reasonably well, because I am involved in many of her lessons and so I know she's good. I am completely mad. Both to learn how to learn from, but also to get deeper into my own yoga practice.

Made orange salad and pancakes (I had frozen some rice pudding in December) to my sweet brothers. Orange salad is also just appelsinfileter with a little chopped chocolate on top. But orange dinner you will double celebration when serving the bit nicely.
